It will introduce a draft Technology-Driven Cancer Control Framework for the EU and high-income countries, focused on embedding precision tools across all dimensions of cancer care.

Built on the outcomes of Horizon Europe projects, EAPM’s policy work, and WHO digital health strategies, this session will finalize the draft Declaration for Precision Oncology Acceleration—a roadmap for high-income countries to bridge the innovation-implementation divide.
Conclusion:Genomic innovation must be matched by genomic justice. Precision oncology must be embedded not only in guidelines and trials, but in the health systems that determine who benefits and how fast.
