About Vision Europe 2030

VISION Europe 2030 is a high-level policy conference taking place in Brussels, September 2025, co-organised by the European Alliance for Personalised Medicine (EAPM) and co-funded by the EU4Health Programme.

In a period of rising health disparities, workforce shortages, and digital transition, this conference provides a strategic platform to address the future of healthcare in Europe. It is designed to support the European Commission’s 2024–2029 health priorities by uniting stakeholders around practical policy solutions that drive investment, innovation, and equity.

The event will bring together health ministers, EU institutions, regulatory bodies, patient organisations, industry leaders, academics, and clinicians to develop actionable frameworks across diseases, systems, and sectors.

Our Mission

To convene Europe’s healthcare leaders around a unified vision for health system transformation, rooted in equity, data-driven innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Our Vision

A connected European Health Union that delivers sustainable, personalised, and accessible care for every citizen—driven by shared data, trust, and investment.

Why Now?

The conference responds to critical challenges:

  • Europe invests €30 billion less annually in health R&D compared to the US.
  • Cancer survival rates vary significantly across Member States.
  • Workforce shortages threaten the delivery of care in oncology, radiology, and rare diseases.
  • The digital transition requires urgent investment in skills, infrastructure, and interoperability.

VISION Europe 2030 provides a forum to translate policy ambition into delivery—across borders, sectors, and disease areas.
